Equipment

  • 1 Charcoal Grill
  • 1 Charcoal
  • 12 Toothpicks to hold the popper together

Ingredients
  

  • 6 each Jalapeño Peppers
  • 1 package Cream Cheese
  • 1 lb Bacon

Instructions
 

  • Cut top off of Jalapeños
  • Cut Jalapeños in half
  • Remove seeds from Jalapeño
  • Rinse Jalapenos to ensure no seeds remain
  • Stuff each Jalapeño with cream cheese
  • Wrap stuffed Jalapeño with full piece of bacon
  • Insert toothpick through Bacon and Jalapeño to hold it together
  • Place Jalapeño Poppers onto heated charcoal grill
  • Cover grill with lid (this allows the Poppers to get a smokey flavor)
  • Cook for about 15 minutes or until brown on side facing down
  • Flip Poppers over and cook another 15 minutes or until brown
  • Remove from grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes
