Fajitas
We like to roast a turkey for our fajitas, but grilled chicken can also be used
Equipment
- 1 Blackstone Griddle
Ingredients
- 3 lbs Chicken Strips
- 2 each Green Peppers
- 1 each Onion
- 1 lb Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 bowl Sour Cream
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 1 package Burrito size Tortilla Shells
Instructions
- Cut up Chicken Strips and Vegetables
- Cook Chicken strips on the Blackstone
- After Chicken is done, remove from Blackstone and put in aluminum foil
- Sauté Green Peppers and Onions on the Blackstone
- Heat up black and refried beans on the Blackstone
- Assemble the Quesadilla once the Green Peppers, Onions and Beans are ready
- Toss a Burrito shell on the Blackstone and flip after 30 seconds
- Add Cheddar Cheese to the shell
- Add the remaining ingredients including the Sour Cream to once side of the shell
- Flip the other side of the burrito shell on top of the other
- Enjoy!!!
