S'Mores Cake (Cast Iron Dutch Oven)
This delicious S'Mores Cake is super duper easy to make. 15 minutes from start to finish.
Equipment
- Cast Iron Dutch Oven
Ingredients
- 1 Whole Angel Food Cake
- 2 Packages Graham Cracker We prefer squares
- 1/2 Bag Marshmallows We prefer regular size
- 6 Each Hershey's Candy Bars Full Size
Instructions
- Heat 24 charcoal briquettes (10 for bottom, 14 for top)
- Tear Angel Food Cake into pieces
- Break Graham Crackers into pieces
- Mix 1/2 of Graham Crackers with the Angel Food Cake pieces
- Seperate 1/2 of your bag of Marshmallows
- Break 6 Hershey candy bars into pieces
- Fill your cast iron dutch oven with the Angel Food/Graham Cracker mixture
- Add remaining Graham Crackers
- Add Hershey's chocolate bar pieces
- Cover with your marshmallows
- Cover with lid and heat up for about 10 minutes
- S'Mores Cake will be done when marshmallows are turning brown
- Don't overcook
- Enjoy!!!
Notes
This S'Mores cake has become a family favorite of ours. You can also bake this in an oven at 350 degrees if you choose, but we always use the charcoal method.
