Campfire Taters

This super easy and delicous recipe can be made ahead of time as it will stay hot in the foil.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 medium Red Potatoes (Washed) Yellow Potatoes will also work
  • 1 large Onion (Sliced)
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 1/3 cup Chedder Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1 tbsp Parsley (Minced)
  • 1/3 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash potatoes
  • Slice washed potatoes thinly
  • Place sliced onions and potatoes in a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil 
  • Add the butter, parsley, cheese, worcestershire sauce and mix it up
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
  • Fold up the foil around the potatoes creating a bowl shape
  • Add chicken broth
  • Seal the foil tightly
  • Grill over fire or gas/electric grill for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender
